Artistic Talents
I want to make you aware of the outstanding services I received from"Help Me Stage". On 2 occasions they totally cleaned my home from top to bottom to prepare it for the many potential buyers who came through my doors. Additionally, I utilized their staging services to make sure that my home was seen in the best light.
My house was on the market for a long time and after their artistic and talented staging skills were applied, my house sold in a few months! It was only fitting that they cleaned and polished my house one more time before I turned it over to the new owners.
"I cannot say enough about their skills, kindness, understanding and talents".
Impressions are Everything
As a realtor, when listing a house it is always about that first impression. Buyers come through a front door and immediately get a feeling that this is a house they want to explore more or, this is a house they are not interested in.
Jammie and Shannon add a lot of value to my listings by helping potential buyers feel at home the moment they enter the property. Their unique combination of cleaning services, as well as using a seller's own items to stage the home in the best possible way, is something I would recommend for anyone attempting to sell their home.
Jammie and Shannon have a great eye for how to best utilize and layout furniture, rugs, lamps, artwork and other accessories. It is amazing how they can transform a home using what is already there. They are also meticulous when it comes to providing cleaning services.
Their attention to detail and pride in their work is something that makes them very easy to highly recommend.

Weight Lifted
I met Jamie and family in the role of neighbors. And, good neighbors they were. One day, as Jamie was yet again changing a beeping smoke alarm, he mentioned that he and his son, Alex, had a business of “cleaning out” homes.
Since my family was looking for some assistance in organization for both our garage and basement, we jumped on the opportunity to work with a trusted helping hand.
The job was tackled in parts. First, the chosen areas were purged then organized section by section. Donations were made,
Items were put in line.
The bottom line was a well organized home and a weight lifted.
